ATV Recordz was incorporated in March of 2006, in Austin Texas and was founded by
Madd Creole & Big Swole with one goal in mind, success. ATV has sold over 23,500 total
units. ATV’s local success has stemed from several key people coming together, bringing
their experience and knowledge of the game to the company. ATV's objective was to bring
an old school format of artist development and quality control techniques back to the
music business. The company is headed by two Legendary underground producers
Madd Creole & Big Swole, who have produced tracks that featured major recording artist
such as lil Flip, Paul Wall and others, in April 2006 both producers signed to platinum
production company Carnival Beats. ATV Recordz Inc. books about 7 shows a month
at major hip hop venues like Backroom, Red 7 and others. ATV also has a staff of numerous
public relations, interns, streetteams and key positions that make the label function.

Although most of our sales as well as the distribution of DJ singles and street promotions
is done by the street team the internet marketing has been our major strength. ATV has
used the Internet to launch the company worldwide with sales generating internationally
from countries such as Japan and Germany. The website allows fans to watch their
favorite ATV artist videos and interviews as well as order products and get information
on shows and events. In addition to the Internet, ATV also has two cable access TV shows

and display their music in the way they choose. One of the most important jobs at
ATV is the public relations department, which has been active in gaining exposure for
the entire company with the use of tools such as Myspace. ATV has began networking
